My leadership foundation was solidified during my tenure managing one of the Valley’s largest automotive hubs, Boggus Ford Collision Center. Driven by a commitment to elevate the industry as a whole, I launched Basic Estimating Skills Training (B.E.S.T. Services). Through this consultancy, I provide strategic education to industry professionals, focusing on enhancing repair integrity, optimizing consumer relations, and fostering productive collaborations with insurance providers.
